You trade 121 Gold Bits for 1210 Zen.
Once you and Honourshine are done converting some more bits into zen, you decide to spend some of yours right away.
You trade 340 Zen for 10 Divine Scripts.
Shopkeeper: "Thank you! Ah—! Just to make sure you understand, these scripts will not work unless they are placed directly on wood.
Paint or wax makes little difference, but raw wood is better. Bigger is also better. That's why trees make good wards. Remember: wood, big and raw!"
You nod, and promise the shopkeeper that you won't forget.
Moonflower: "Heeheehee..."
Shopkeeper: "Okay! Anything else?"
Without the means to properly enchant oaken weapons, your party decides against buying any of them. Besides, you figure that your brass horseshoes should be good enough magic weapons for now.
Honourshine: "Hm... Moonflower, wouldn't you benefit from having one of these?"
Moonflower: "Ooh, a sidereal bag! Aren't those super expensive?"
Honourshine: "They certainly seem much more affordable here than back home. Do you want one?"
Moonflower: "That would be super cool! I'm always worried I'll forget my stuff somewhere."
Honourshine takes a moment to buy a sidereal bag for Moonflower, then help her transfer the items from her nearly full magic satchel to the far more spacious pocket dimension.
Moonflower: "Eee, thanks Honourshine‼"
Moonflower wraps Honourshine into excited hug, and receives some headpats in return. Satisfied with your purchases, you bid farewell to the shopkeeper with a shared bow, and exit the store.
Shopkeeper: "Bye-bye!"
You and your friends step into the sunlight once more, and fasten your new hats atop your heads, before making your way back toward the portal. On the way there, you ask if anyone has room for an extra bedroll.
Honourshine: "Sure, give it here."
You give Bedroll to Honourshine.
As you levitate the bedroll over to your foalhood friend, you grin and tell her that it makes you happy to see her and Moonflower getting along so well.
Honourshine: "She certainly is... agreeable. And I mean this in both senses of the word; she seems to agree with just about anything we say or do."
Moonflower: "Heehee! That's true."
Soon, your party crosses the portal, and the air grows heavy once more. Bright sunshine is darkened by distant storm clouds rolling by, the landscape bathed in soft shadows that come and go ever so briefly.
Tsu-Ko: "And we're back in Taihon-Nonchan! With enough luck, you'll find your bard before the heat gets to your heads, huh?"
You nod sheepishly, and stop at a fork in the road not far from the giant gate. You look ahead to the village in the east, and find it emptier than before. Most of the farmers have since moved to the surrounding fields.
You scan the area for anypony you can talk to, and spot a few who don't look too busy from afar: a large Kirin fixing a plough, a unicorn inspecting the village buildings, and what looks like a filly or a colt building a cart.

Why I'm not surprised in the slightest by her reaction? XD
But really, we need to ask as many creatures as possible for the best chances of finding the information we're looking for. (And not necessarily ask every question we could ask of every creature we meet.) Or even try to go spotting from the air ourselves.
