Since you came to this shop for your female friends' sake, you decide to let them take the lead from here. After a moment's browsing, Moonflower brings a few containers labelled "westwind relief" (according to Tsu-Ko) to the counter, along with some zen from Honourshine to pay with.

Moonflower: "Hi! I've never seen these kinda bottles before. How do I open 'em?"

Shopkeeper: "These are ji—twan. Inside the bottom cup is pure water, and in the top lid are the ingredients. You unscrew the lid this way, and the ingredients drop into the water. Then, you drink!

Some blends require heating. You should heat those up from the bottom before unscrewing the lid, but it's not a big deal if you do it after. Would you like to try opening one now?"

Moonflower: "Yuh uh!"

Under the shopkeeper's supervision, the bat pony presses her hooves to the top and bottom halves of the container, then twists clockwise. After a full turn, the hemispherical lid comes off, revealing a cup of bright teal iced tea.

Moonflower: "Oooh! I bet 'cause they're separate, they keep super long until you open 'em!"

Shopkeeper: "That's right. And once used up, you can dispose of the container in the compost bin; as the name implies, ji-twan are made of paper."

Moonflower: "Oh, got'cha! This smells a lot tastier than mare's poison. Does it do the same thing?"

Shopkeeper: "Mare's... poison? I can't say I've heard of that, but this blend should relieve you of your symptoms for about a full day."

While Moonflower enjoys her refreshment, Honourshine does some shopping of her own. She seems more confident now, after having observed your younger companion's demonstration, and procures herself a varied assortment of tea blends to try.

As for you, the "moonlit passion" blend naturally catches your eye. You figure that you might as well ask the shopkeeper about it.

Shopkeeper: "A romantic name, isn't it? This blend improves both fertility and potency, most popular among couples who are trying for foals — or the occasional stallion with performance anxiety."

Of which you are neither, you assert! And unfortunately for you, your foalhood friend amusedly agrees.

Honourshine: "Quite the opposite indeed."
